Shipping policy

We are currently unable to accept international orders. We can accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

When ordering, the set delivery fee for your item(s) will be shown at the checkout once you have entered your chosen method of delivery, prior to confirming your order. Orders over the specified order value will not be required to pay delivery fees.

If there are any problems with your delivery, or if you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us by emailing info@techniquest.org or calling 029 2047 5475.

We work hard to dispatch goods quickly, however through reasons outside of our control there may be delays in receiving your order - postal strikes, carrier logistics and bad weather can all be factors. We will keep you updated if we anticipate delays to the delivery of your order. We can’t accept responsibility for delays outside of our control.
